For more than 15 years, Aishah Hight has managed people, led programs, and driven initiatives across healthcare, finance, and insurance.
But across industries and roles, she kept seeing the same pattern.
Capable people were being trusted with increasingly important work—often without the structure, preparation, or support to match the responsibility they were carrying.
They weren’t struggling because they weren’t capable. They were already doing the work. They just didn’t always have a clear way to think about it, organize it, or keep everything moving.
